Through the Hi-Caps system, we can automatically process most health fund claims for you on the spot.
A swipe of your fund card pays the benefit electronically and you will know immediately the balance still payable.
There are some health funds that are not covered under Hi-Caps, you may need to pay the fee in full and claim back from your health fund.
We always provide you with a treatment plan outlining the relevant item numbers and fees for treatment required. This allows you to check with your health fund in advance exactly what will be covered and any out of pocket expense you may incur.
In light of the recent controversy at a number of Dental practices in Sydney, GB Dental would like to reassure our patients that we strictly follow the Australian Dental Association guidelines on sterilization and infection control.
